Hamilton-"Yogatastic4Kids" Adaptive Family Yoga Program

Due to a generous grant from Goodlife Kids Foundation, families who register for this 6 week program must currently reside in the Hamilton region (Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Freelton, and surrounding communities) to be eligible to attend. No exceptions.
Due to a generous grant from Goodlife Fitness children with ASD, ages 8-12 are invited to attend 6-weeks of private yoga classes in Hamilton with Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids. Yoga-Tastic Kids is a unique program designed to help children understand their emotions, how to regulate their emotions, how to stay focus, how to stay positive, breathing techniques, mindfulness, yoga postures and so much more.
Must have membership with Autism Ontario-Hamilton to be eligible to attend.
Spaces are extremely limited. Registration is required.
