PsychothérapeuteDescription des services offerts: Heather Sansom is a Registered Psychotherapist trained in a variety of experiential and talk-based methods. She has experience counselling youth and adult autistic and other neurodivergent clients who are diagnosed, or wonder if they may be diagnosable. Heather regularly helps clients with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and practical skills for relationships and thriving in life. Heather is also a facilitator for Autism Ontario’s support group for newly diagnosed adults.
