Manager of Communications and Resource Development

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Manager of Communications & Resource Development

Location: Autism Ontario Provincial Office - Toronto (Liberty Village)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

Hours: 37.5 hours (1.0 FTE)

Duration: 1 Year Contract (possibility for renewal)

Job Summary:

Reporting to Senior Management, the Manager of Communications & Resource Development will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to elevate effective communications and knowledge development and translation across the organization and within the framework of Autism Ontario’s vision, mission, ends, strategic plan and values in Ontario.

Payroll/Accounts Payable Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Payroll/Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Autism Ontario Provincial Office - Toronto (Liberty Village)

Reports to: Finance Director

Salary Range: $42,500 - $47,500

Hours: 37.5 hours per week including occasional evenings and weekends as necessary

Job Summary:

Working with a wide range of professionals and volunteers from across the Province, the Payroll/Accounts Payable Coordinator will competently coordinate and implement Autism Ontario’s Payroll and Accounts Payable requirements. As a member of the Finance Team, you will work closely with the Finance Director, Finance Coordinator, and Gift and Membership Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, supplier payables and expense reports.

York Region Chapter Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Chapter Manager

Location: Home / virtual office base or in Region at office space arranged as needed

Salary Range: $45-50,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week including some evenings and weekends as required

Reports to: Community Resource Manager (Provincial Office), York Chapter Leadership Council Manager - York

 Job Summary:

The Chapter Manager will undertake the administrative support for the chapter’s programs and fundraising initiatives, and support and oversee the chapter programming and summer camp for individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Chapter Manager is responsible for developing innovative community partnerships and collaborating on initiatives that address unmet needs for programming and support.
