North Region Virtual Winter Family Zumba Class (All Ages)
** Registration opens December 7, 2022 at 9:00AM**
This 5-week virtual Zumba class with Michelle Lapointe is perfect for the whole family!
Participants will benefit from this total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Participants are welcome to request songs for Michelle to include in a session!
Time: 5:30-6:15pm
Dates: Monday’s - January 16, 23, 30 and February 6 and 13, 2023
Registration will remain open until February 10, 2023, so all families have the opportunity to join up until the last session.
If you live in the Timmins area, this is a great introduction to Michelle’s classes as we are looking forward to offering in-person sessions soon!
In order to participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform. Zoom login information will be sent over email once you have registered.
Please note that this event is for families in the North region only. All other registrations will be cancelled.
