Provincial -Family Dance Nights: Hip-Jazz (All Ages)

Join us for another Friday night of dance fun. Everyone is welcome for this Hip-hop & Jazz event.

Open to all family members across the province. This is a multifaceted virtual 1-hour dance class for the entire family. It will consist of a light warm-up, followed by a mix of jazz and hip-hop dance moves and music, and conclude with a yoga stretch to cool down. The class will be led by a dance and yoga instructor, who will incorporate simple and appropriate exercises for all levels.

Host: Natalie Mandarino 
Natalie is an energetic and enthusiastic dance and registered yoga instructor. She has several years of experience training and choreographing dance routines for children and youth. Natalie also brings that same energy to her adult and senior classes. No matter who is in her class, she is an ambassador for equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Safety Tips: 
To have a great Zoom class experience from home, please have a clear space to move around in, a bottle of water, and wear sneakers or have a mat or carpet if you're joining us barefoot. We encourage you to have a chair close by in case you need to sit. Please go at your own pace, stop whenever you feel pain, and move in any way you feel comfortable. We are a safe space and encourage you to turn your cameras on whenever you feel comfortable.
