West Region – Stratford – Family Picnic and Walk

Join us for a fun Sunday morning picnic and walk at Upper Queens Park! This event is about community connection, raising awareness, and enjoying good old-fashioned fun. The event will take place at the Pavilion, next to the playground. Signs will be posted to guide you in the right direction.

Attention Walkers! Rally your team and raise funds for Autism Ontario West Region to support programs and events in your community. Download your pledge sheet here and encourage your family and friends to donate. Donations can be made online here (please let us know your team name or individual name in the comment box below when registering). So, spread the word, inspire your network, and let's make a difference together!

Schedule

Registration: Starts at 9:00 am for the walk. Donations and pledges are welcome but not required.

Walk: Begins at 10:00 am alongside the Avon River.

Family Activities: Outdoor games, LEGO table, sensory bins, and more, available from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Reptile Show: Meet some crested geckos, bearded dragons, corn snakes, ball pythons, and many more creepy, crawly creatures at 11:00 am.

Lunch: Pizza lunch will arrive around 11:30 am.

Silent Auction: Featuring great items for both kids and adults, with cash and debit options available.

Come out and connect with new families in your area, share stories, and just have fun! 

This event is rain or shine, and FREE to families. Registration is required.
