Central West: March Break Art, Nature & Mindfulness Program.

Registration opens Febuary 6th 2024 at Noon

This is not a drop off program Caregiver/Parent is required to be present at all times.

A limited number of tickets are available. Max of 5 ticket per family.  

Region: This event is exclusive to families in the Central West region. These include Halton, Peel, Waterloo, & Wellington. 

In partnership with Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre join us for a  program designed to support the needs of each participant. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in 3 activities in a small group format.

Walk in Nature: During this time, participants will take a guided tour of the grounds and explore nature.

Mindfulness & Meditation: During this time participants will have an introduction to mindfulness and meditation techniques. Methods include tapping, positive affirmations, breathing exercises, and movement, Lead by a Certified Meditation Teacher.

Art: During this time, participants will express themself through watercolor printmaking, crafts, and sketching to find the artist within. Lead by an Art Teacher.
