Central East - Caregiver Yoga - Self-Care

This event is intended for families in the Central East Region (Peterborough, Durham, Simcoe, York, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, Grey Bruce). Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and live outside this region, your registration may be cancelled.

Registration Opens January 29 at 12:00 pm.

Love is in the air, and that means self-care, too! Join local yoga therapist Ashleigh Jeffery-Price to try some tips and tricks for self-care; that's right, it's all about you this month!

To participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
