Calling all Caregivers ! The holiday season is here ! Register for your own DIY Christmas wreath kit. Each kit will have everything you need to create a your own wreath.

All wreaths are to be picked up on Saturday December 16, 2023 between 9:00AM – 4:00PM

 If your wreath is not picked up, it will go to the next person on the wait list.
