Central East - Caregiver Yoga - Finding Joy

This event is intended for families in the Central East Region (Peterborough, Durham, Simcoe, York, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, Grey Bruce). Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and live outside this region, your registration may be cancelled.

Please join us for Finding Joy Caregiver Yoga with local Yoga instructor Ashleigh Jeffery-Price. With so many to-do lists, seasonal activities and holiday errands, it can be challenging to find joy at rest and play without feeling overwhelmed. This yoga practice will explore the concept of joy, making time for joy and inviting more joy into our day-to-day lives. 

To participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.

Please note that we strive to offer tickets to as many families as possible, but tickets are limited. If, for any reason, you are registered and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can share those tickets with other families.
