Provincial: The No-Sleep Club – An Interactive Workshop About Sleep

Registration is closed for this event

(English Event Only)

Registration for this event opens on: October 6th, 9 AM EST

Join Kristin Gunby (Behaviour Analyst, M.S., BCBA) and Bethany Brewin (Occupational Therapist, M.Sc.O.T) as we discuss issues and strategies related to sleep. We will present a brief overview of sleep health and common sleep problems, before working together to develop a “family sleep plan” for implementing some helpful strategies into your sleep-time routine.

This workshop is intended for caregivers of all ages interested in learning about how to make some small changes in your daily and nightly routines to support better sleep (e.g., sleep hygiene). At the end of the workshop, we will share when and how to seek further support with a clinician for more persistent sleep concerns.

Register now for this online session. The Zoom Meeting information will be sent to you following your registration.
