Join Autism Ontario at The Boreal Museum for a Diggin Dinosaur Program.

This program is all about studying our ancient ancestors. We will talk about the evolution of life, ancient ecosystems, and especially dinosaurs! Fossil specimens and some replicas will be brought in, as well as some games about dinosaurs. 

Each participant will also take home their own Dinosaur Excavation and “I Dig Fossils” kit. 

"Based in Thunder Bay, The Boreal Museum is nestled in the heart of Northwestern Ontario. The Boreal Museum is a local start-up company with a passion for Natural History and the Sciences. They saw a need for more accessibility to education, particularly in the sciences in our community are doing their best to make the world a little bit smarter, one person at a time." Length – 1 hour
Grades – 3-7 
Number of Children – 10

Families must e-mail ariana.mclean@autismontario.com to reserve a program time. Space is limited; 1 parent is permitted per child. First come, first served.

Program times: 
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm 
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm 
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
