North Region Virtual Spring Family Zumba Class (All Ages & Caregivers)
This 5-week virtual Zumba class with Michelle Lapointe is perfect for the whole family!
Participants will benefit from this total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Participants are welcome to request songs for Michelle to include in a session! Email song requests to north@autismontario.com

In order to participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform. Zoom login information will be sent over email once you have registered.
