Toronto Region – In-Person Caregiver Relaxation Program en anglais

Autism Ontario partners with the Spiral Movement Centre to bring Caregivers a 6-session, in-person relaxation program. 

The program covers movement, meditation, sequencing, yoga, and relaxation. Caregivers will have the opportunity to focus on self-care.

Program Location: In-Person, Spiral Movement Center

Registration cost: $20
