Central West – Virtual Adult Music Program (ages 18+)

Join credentialed music therapist, Jisca, for eight weeks as she leads adults 18+ in active music making, movement and Therapeutic Playlist building. Let’s groove and sing together (from a distance) to work on the development of social and emotional skills, and let music be the motivating factor to work on our own personal goals! Learn how to use the tools you develop in the group at home to help support your wellbeing!
