North Region - Fall Pumpkin Craft Kit (Caregivers)

** Registration opens September 1, 2022 at 9am**

Autism Ontario is offering Fall Pumpkin Craft kits!  Caregivers can take some time to be creative making a piece of home décor for their home. 

The kit will include all the materials needed. 

A digital copy of the activity instructions, as well as a pre-recorded video will be emailed to registrants so they can participate in the activity at their own convenience and pace. Kits will be shipped to home to be received week of September 26-30.

Limit 1 kit per family   

Kits will be delivered to your home via Canada Post mail. 

Kits will be delivered to your home address, so please ensure we have your up-to-date information. Your address, name, and phone number will be shared with them for the purpose of delivery. 

Please email north@autismontario.com if you do not receive your shipment by the expected date. This program is intended for families in the North region area. Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and you live outside of this region, your registration may be cancelled.
