Central – Caregiver “Check in & Chat”
Are you looking for a place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and connect with others? Please join us the second Wednesday of the month for a “Check in & Chat”.
You will have the opportunity to meet other families, share your own experience or just sit back and listen. Service Navigators will also be on hand to answer questions and share information and resources from your community.
