Central West – Virtual Teen Music Program (ages 13-17)
Join credentialed music therapist, Jisca, for 8-weeks as she leads teens with ASD in active music making, movement and Therapeutic Playlist building. Let’s groove and sing together (from a distance) to work on the development of social and emotional skills, and let music be the motivating factor to work on our own personal goals! Learn how to use the tools you develop in the group at home to help support your wellbeing!
Each teen should have a caretaker present to help assist in the therapeutic aspects of the group and a variety of instruments/substitutes (drums, shakers, scarves, bells, tambourine) to be used at home. Headphones may assist in this group.
