Central West – Virtual Family Yoga Program
**Registrations opens January 31 at 12 p.m.**
Join us from the comfort of your home for a 6-week virtual yoga program led by Heather Elson Yoga! Throughout the program, individual with ASD will learn fun, basic, and engaging poses on their while also connecting with their yoga partner!
Online: Through Zoom, link will be sent after registration
Time: Thursdays from 6:00 – 6:45 pm
Dates: February 24; March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 (2022)
Registration Fee: $5.00
NOTE: Participation is limited to families residing in Central West (Halton, Peel/Dufferin, Waterloo, Wellington). If your postal code does not correspond with these areas, we will not be able to accept you as a participant. Thank you for your understanding.
