Sault Ste. Marie, Algoma, Sudbury, Manitoulin, Espanola- Ocean and Sand Sensory Kits

Autism Ontario is pleased to offer families residing in Sault Ste. Marie, Algoma District, and Sudbury District an Ocean and Sand Sensory Kit! 

**Limit ONE kit per family**

Explore an under the sea world with a self-contained beach-themed play bin filled with engaging and fun sensory tools. Create cognitive tasks to engage your child such as telling stories, counting ocean animals, and grouping and naming colours. Sensory Bins are full of fascinating materials that foster imaginative play, develop fine motor skills, and promote sensory development. For ages 3 and up.

Each Sensory Kit contains the following: 

  • Blue case
  • 14.5" x 10.25" x 4.75" (36.83cm x 26cm x 12cm) approx. bin size
  • Scoop, sort and explore
  • Includes ready-to-go package that makes storage easy
  • Sensory sand 2 lb. (0.9 kg)
  • Water beads 0.3 oz. (9 g)
  • Bin
  • Sand sifter
  • Scoop
  • Sand molds
  • Ocean animals
  • River rocks
  • Instructions

Families in Sault Ste. Marie city limits will have kits delivered to their homes, so please ensure that registration addresses are up to date. Families residing in the Algoma District and Sudbury District will have their kits shipped to their homes the week of November 8th, 2021. 

Please note:  If you do not live in the titled regions, your registration will be cancelled. Ocean and Sand Sensory Kits are meant to provide an opportunity to engage your child/children in an activity and we place limits on the numbers to provide the experience to as many families as possible, thank you for your understanding.
