Webinar - Live - A Panel Discussion : The Latest Genetic Breakthrough in Autism Research

Join us for an encore presentation about 'The Latest Genetic Breakthrough in Autism".

A team of researchers at Toronto’s Sick Kids Hospital, led by Dr. Ryan Yuen, recently discovered “wrinkles” in DNA that may provide a genetic cause for Autism Spectrum Disorder. The discovery has been hailed as a “leap forward” as it could revolutionize not only the future of autism diagnosis but other neurodevelopmental disorders, as well. A panel of genetic researchers from Sick Kids including Dr. Ryan Yuen, Dr. Stephen Scherer, and Dr. Evdokia Anagnostou from Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, and Genetic Counsellor Ny Hoang from Sick Kids’ Autism Research Unit, will discuss the latest findings and answer questions from the audience.
