Toronto- Virtual Yoga Class Ages 8-15
Autism Ontario invites children ages 8-15 to join in on an exciting yoga class from the comfort of their own home.
Children will participate in a 30 minute yoga class hosted by Appleseed Yoga.
Parents are not required to participate but should remain in close proximity.
A zoom link will be emailed out prior to the event.
