Belleville - Sensory Kit

Registration is closed for this event

Sign up today to receive a sensory kit for your child. Your child will be able to put together their own items so that they can be customized to their liking. Afterwards, Autism Ontario will host a virtual session to go over the instructions and offer children a chance to show and tell everyone else about their unique creations.

Included in this package will be:

•             Instructions

•             Calming Sensory Bottle #1 (a rainbow of water beads and baby oil)

•             Calming Sensory Bottle #2 (water, glitter, food colouring and interest items such as stars, small pom-poms, etc.)

•             Calming Sensory Bottle #3 (eye spy game where kids find the listed items including small plastic bugs, fish, jungle animals, paper clips, dice, etc.)

•             Book: The Very Hungry Caterpillar Picnic – A Scratch and Sniff Book

Other details:

•             There is a limit of one kit per family

•             The event is for residents of Belleville only

•             The program requires that those who receive a kit also participate in the virtual session. If you are unable to attend the session, please consider signing up for another event or you may be placed on a waitlist for future events.

We will send an e-mail with information on how you will receive your kit. The virtual session will be hosted through Zoom and can be accessed through this LINK. If there are no longer kits available but you and your family would still like to participate in the virtual session, feel free to use the link above and join our special craft night!

We would like to thank the United Way of Hastings & Prince Edward and the Government of Canada for providing the funding so that we can host this program for our families.
