Huron Perth – Mindfulness Kits
**Registration Opens March 1, 2021 @9am**
Join Autism Ontario and Mindful Kids Stratford for Mindfulness activities.
Mindful Kids Stratford has created a kit with tools to bring mindfulness right to your home. The kit will be filled with practical tools kids can hold in their hands! The kits will include a mind jar, breathing stick and a mindful eye pillow. The kits will be mailed to your door.
You will also be provided with a password and access to a “how to” video on each of the mindful tools included and more! On March 17/21 you will have 24 hour access to the instructional video.
Notes:
- Limit 1 kit per family – the items can be shared with the entire family, and everyone can watch the video together.
This program is intended for families in the Huron Perth area. Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and you live outside of this region, your registration may be cancelled.
