Toronto- Sleep Workshop
Autism Ontario invites you to register for a workshop about sleep, and why your child may be having troubles in this area.
Cathy Petta is a registered nurse working at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Center with the Psychopharmacology Clinic. She has been helping parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and sleep issues for over 10 years using an evidence-based approach to sleep behavior change.
This workshop is an adaptation of the program she uses at Holland Bloorview in a small parent group setting. You will learn why children with Autism may have trouble sleeping and a variety of strategies to address different sleep issues will be discussed.
