Central West – Youth Online Arts Program (ages 14-21)

We are inviting youth with ASD ages 14-21 to virtual Artful Moments with the Art Gallery of Hamilton. This program series meets specialized audiences where they are, in terms of abilities, interests and prior experiences with art. The AGH presents an arts-based experience that prioritizes the social aspects of galleries and gathering by offering opportunities for conversation, shared experiences, and some hands-on fun.

We are looking for participants to attend the whole program for the 6-week period. Each session will begin with a look at a few interesting artworks from the AGH followed by a hands-on virtual activity session with step-by-step instruction. 

This program includes a take-home kit that will only be delivered to students in the Central West region (Hamilton, Halton, Peel, Waterloo, Wellington). Participants must reside in the region.
