Teens and their siblings are invited to a virtual kickboxing class led by Jill Sargent of Wild Life Fitness.
A zoom link will be sent to log into prior to class. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. Towel or mat are suggested for floor exercises.
You can choose the best time to join a class from the dates offered. Please note: it will be a similar class each time and to only select one!
