Lindsay - Family Night
Autism Ontario, in Partnership with Boys and Girls Club of Kawartha Lakes (BGCKL), is happy to offer 'Family Night' for families with children with ASD!
'Family Night' will provide fun and information for the entire family. Parents/Caregivers will participate in a discussion session facilitated by Autism Ontario. Meanwhile, we will have two children’s programs facilitated by BGCKL staff: a sibling program and a program for children with ASD. Dinner and refreshments will be provided.
Please note that children must be 6 years of age or older to register.
**Space for this program is limited as we want to ensure the proper level of support for your children. By completing this form, you are expressing your interest in the program, but you are not guaranteed registration into the program**
Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by phone by Autism Ontario to complete a brief phone screening to determine if the program would be suitable for your child. Every effort will be made to accommodate all families as best we can.
