Due to a generous grant from Goodlife Kids Foundation, families who register for this 6 week program must currently reside in the Hamilton and/or Halton region. No exceptions.
Children with ASD, ages 8-12 are invited to attend 6-weeks of private yoga classes in Hamilton with Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids. Yoga-Tastic Kids is a unique program designed to help children understand their emotions, how to regulate their emotions, how to stay focus, how to stay positive, breathing techniques, mindfulness, yoga postures and so much more.
Must be a resident of Hamilton, Halton or surrounding township to be eligible.
Spaces are extremely limited. Registration is required.
