Sudbury - Suspension Yoga for parents and caregivers
Join us for an introductory suspension yoga class with Tracey Gosnay, from Yoga Revolution.
Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to participate in suspension yoga.
Suspension yoga supports your joints, strengthens and tones, improves decompression of the spine, flexibility, circulation, respiratory and so much more. Tracey will lead you in a slow-paced beginners program leading you through an empowering class. Suspension Yoga looks harder than it is. Participate within your comfort zone. You are not obligated to try anything you do not wish to try.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing.
All participants are required to sign a waiver of liability. This event is for parents and caregivers of children with ASD only.
