Autism Ontario partners with Pr0Teens to offer autistic youth a fun afternoon of programming a LEGO robot!
Youth will learn how to build and program a basic Lego Spike Prime robot that can drive with a pre-programmed code on an iPad, pick up objects, and use sensors. Building this robot involves block coding, building a robot base, building an arm and adding sensors. Coding concepts will include if statements, loops and movement statements.
Pr0Teens can provide all the materials and will be able to provide some computers/iPads, but students are recommended to bring their own.
