**Registration opens April 13th 2026 at 12PM**

Autism Ontario and the Adult & Youth Enrichment Center are thrilled t o offer a Move Create Shine Wellness Program for c hildren and teens aged 6-15!

Each session co mbines light movement with creative expression to build confidence\, independence and emotional regu lation. 

Week 1: Tuesday\, May 12th from 6:00PM-7:30PM
All About Me Advent ure: A challenge circuit with simple movements and an “all about me” collage\, focusing on identity\ , body awareness and confidence.  

W eek 2: Tuesday\, May 19th 2026 from 6:00PM-7:30PM< /strong>
Move & Imagine: Self-guided fitness st ations and a DIY story picture\, focusing on creat ivity\, coordination and independence.

Week 3: Tuesday\, May 26th 2026 from 6:00PM-7:3 0PM
Healthy Bodies & Big Dreams: Healt hy habits obstacle course and a vision board\, foc using on wellness\, goal-setting and body awarenes s.

Week 4: Tuesday\, June 2nd 2026 f rom 6:00PM-7:30PM
Celebrate & Shine: T eam fun challenge and “I Am Proud of Me” art\, foc using on confidence\, team work and independence.< /p>

Cost: FREE

Due to lim ited class size\, we ask that all participants who register can attend all weeks of the program. 

Parent/Caregiver supervision is req uired. This is not a transfer of care event. The p arent/caregiver is required to stay with their chi ld and assist where needed.
