North Region - Virtual Spring Family Zumba Class (All Ages & Caregivers)

This 5-week virtual Zumba class with Christina Chicoine, is perfect for the whole family! This is a great at-home workout for autistic people of all ages and their families! Lots of spaces available for these online classes, sign up today!

Participants will benefit from this total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Zumba® is a program that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exhilarating dance-fitness program. Zumba® blends upbeat rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. It is a total body workout that feels more like a party! 

Participants are welcome to request songs for Christina to include in a session! Email song requests to north@autismontario.com

Time: 5:30-6:15pm EST

Dates: Wednesday’s -  May 17, 24, 31 and June 7, and 14, 2023

Registration will remain open until June 13, 2023 at 12:00pm (noon), so all families have the opportunity to join up until the last session.

In order to participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform. Zoom login information will be sent over email once you have registered.
