Central West – In Person Art Class: Thoughtful Textiles for Autistic Adults 18+

Registration is closed for this event

This gathering is an opportunity for Autistic adults to socialize and create together. The program begins with a textile-based art activity such as embroidery or macrame. Various material options will be provided, such as the use of plastic needles for embroidery instead of sharp needles. Participants will also have the choice between a masculine or feminine embroidery pattern, for example. In the last half hour of the session, participants will engage in a relaxing meditation facilitated by a certified yoga instructor.
