North Region – Wooden Heart Set Craft Kit (Caregivers)

Autism Ontario is offering caregivers a Wooden Heart Set Craft Kit by Fabs Space.

The kits will have all the materials needed to create a piece of home décor. 

A printed copy of the activity instructions will be included in the kits so registrants can participate in the activity at their own convenience and pace. 

Registrant information will be shared with the pick-up locations.

Limit 1 kit per family.

Pick up details including time, date, and address will be emailed to registrants once registration closes.

Pick-up dates: February 11-14, 2023. 

Autism Ontario staff will be delivering your kit to a library in Thunder Bay, Sault Ste Marie, Sudbury, Elliot Lake, Espanola, Dryden, and Sioux Lookout. Kits are for families living in North region only. Autism Ontario reserves the right to cancel registrations that do not reside in the areas listed above. Ship to home will be arranged for registrants living more than an hour outside of these locations.

To ensure we distribute your kit to the appropriate pick-up location near you, please ensure we have your up-to-date information.

Registrants will be contacted by email (please check junk mail) with information about the pick-up and expected delivery dates.
