North Region Virtual Fall Family Zumba Class (All Ages)

This 5-week virtual Zumba class with Michelle Lapointe is perfect for the whole family!
Participants will benefit from this total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Time: 5:30-6:15pm
Dates: Mondays - Sept 19, 26, Oct 3, 17, 24, 2022
Registration will remain open until October 21, 2022, so all families have the opportunity to join up until the last session.
In order to participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform. Zoom login information will be sent over email once you have registered.
