Central West – Virtual Yoga - Parent & Child Program (4 weeks)
Join us from the comfort of your home for a 4 week virtual yoga program led by Heather Elson Yoga! Throughout the program, children with ASD will learn fun, basic, and engaging poses on their while also connecting with their parent/caregiver.
Online: Through Zoom, link will be sent after registration
Time: Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Dates: June 7, 14, 21, 28
Registration Fee: $5.00
NOTE: Participation is limited to families residing in Central West (Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Wellington). If your postal code does not correspond with these areas, we will not be able to accept you as a participant. Thank you for your understanding.
