Central East - Virtual Yoga Class
Relax and unwind with a mindfulness break!
We are excited to partner with Helen of Rising Phoenix Yoga & Fitness to offer yoga classes for the whole family! Classes are open to all individuals with ASD, siblings, parents and caregivers.
The fun will take place over Zoom, and registrants will receive their link prior to the event.
This program is intended for families in the Central East Region area. Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and you live outside of this region, your registration may be cancelled.
