West – Parent Workshop

In this presentation, Sue Wahl, Occupational Therapist (OT), will lead you through how the unique traits of autism impact classrooms, small groups and playdates. Sue will present strategies for each of these settings for children with level 1 autism and for children with levels 2- 3 autism, replete with photos and success stories! The self-regulation philosophy of: prevent, restore and understand will be further explored.
In order to participate in this event, you will need to be able to access the ZOOM platform; a link will be emailed to all registered participants the day before the event.
This program is intended for families in the West area. Priority will be given to families in this region. If you register and you live outside of this region, your registration may be cancelled.
