School Health Support Services (SHSS) Review
As you may recall from our consultation or other discussions with your organization for the School Health Support Services (SHSS) Review, the Deloitte review team planned to conduct an online survey to gather additional stakeholder input from the broad set of SHSS stakeholders across the health, education, children and youth services and parents/families communities.

This email is being sent to launch this online survey. The link below will take you directly to the online survey, which we anticipate will require 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey is available in both English and French through this link, and additional information about the survey is provided once you sign-in to the survey tool.

https://surveys.deloitte.ca/checkbox/Survey.aspx?s=fd060117f68e449e8ee0237c00c8492e

This survey will be open for stakeholder input from April 22 – May 21, 2010.

If you have already provided input to the SHSS Review through a consultation or separate submission, you do not need to complete the survey, though of course are welcome to do so.

Because the SHSS community is a broad network if different stakeholders, our request of you is to forward this survey link to others who you feel would be able and interested to provide feedback on School Health Support Services.

The survey link will also be made available through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care’s website, for other members of the public who are not given this link through the distributed SHSS stakeholder network.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact me via email or the contact information below.

Thank you for your participation in this review, and thank you in advance for circulating this survey link among your stakeholder network,
