How To Find Us

Our office, library, resource centre and meeting rooms are located in the Loyal True Blue and Orange Home building, 11181 Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, ON., two streets north of Elgin Mills Road on the east side of Yonge Street. Ample free parking is in the east lot at the back of the building. Enter through the sliding glass doors.

2nd Floor Suite 215: Chapter, Camp and RCP offices, Boardroom, Lending Library.
Basement Level: Rooms B7 and B13 for support group meetings and other events.

Office appointments and smaller meetings are on the 2nd floor. Take the stairs or elevator, turn left towards the Epilepsy York Region offices, turn right down the hall past Learning Disabilities, turn right at the first corridor. 

Larger gatherings such as support group meetings and workshops are held in meeting rooms on the basement level. 

Basement meeting rooms are accessed by the elevator on the main floor.

After Hours Building Entry: Evening and weekend access to the building requires a keypad code for the room you are meeting in. The keypad is located on the wall to the left of the glass doors. The access code is by room number. To access our office, the code is 1590. To access meeting room B7 or B12, the codes are listed under Loyal True Blue And Orange + Room Number. 

Other Security Features in our building include numerous video cameras at the entrance doors, lobby, elevators and in all hallways.
