 Asperger Syndrome Clinic Days in York Region

Appointment: Please contact Dr. Stoddart directly by email (preferred) at kevin.stoddart@aspergers.net or by phone at (416) 920-4999.

The first consultation lasts an hour an a half and follow-up appointments are an hour.

The fee for first appointments is $180.00 and $120.00 thereafter, which is payable at the end of the appointment. Many major medical plans partially cover this cost.

Indicate your son/daughter’s name, date of birth and the issues which you are interested in discussing.

Possible topics for the consultations include:

Dr. Kevin Stoddart has had extensive experience in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders, Asperger Syndrome and mental health issues. For the last fifteen years Dr. Stoddart’s clinical focus has been children, teens and adults with mild ASDs and, in particular, Asperger Syndrome.

His research and publications focus on understanding the clinical and psychosocial needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ASDs, and their families.

He has carried out research and published numerous book chapters and articles in the areas of ASDs and developmental disabilities.

He is a Lecturer in Social Work at the University of Toronto, a speaker on Asperger Syndrome and consultant to families and agencies including Autism Society Canada. He serves as Chair of the Board of the Aspergers Society of Ontario and is a board member of Kerry’s Place Autism Services. 

Dr. Stoddart recently edited the first Canadian multidisciplinary book on Asperger Syndrome entitled: “Children, Youth and Adults with Asperger Syndrome: Integrating Multiple Perspectives” (Jessica Kingsley Publishers, London UK, 2005).
