The 8th Annual “GIVE YOUR HEART TO AUTISM GALA" was held on February 23, 2008 at the Caboto Club. The Evening began at 6:00 with a Cocktail Reception, Musical Performance by Tom Malenfant and Johnny Brunetto, and Wine Tasting by Colio. The Silent Auction featured many interesting items with entertainment by Al Fazio. The Shooter Bar was very popular, Express-Go-Cart Catering was serving coffee and there were over 65 Mystery Bags sold containing all kinds of interesting things. There was a chance to win some beautiful jewellery, custom made by Precision Jewellers. Dinner began at 7:00 with an exquisite nine course meal. At 9:00 the Celebration began with music by the band CIAO and CIAO DJ Service.
The money raised from this event will be used for Family Funding for all of our children and persons with autism, and to increase education and awareness of this disorder.
It was a very successful evening! Thank you so much for our faithful, dedicated and hard-working Gala Committee and volunteers who helped make this a very successful event.
