SOCIAL SKILLS PROGRAM
Date: Tuesday May 11th to June 15th
Time: 5pm to 6:30pm
Location: Lyndsey Stevenato Children’s Therapy Services
115 Bell Farm Rd., Suite 105, Barrie
Requirements: Children diagnosed with ASD between the ages of 4 to 7
Cost: $100 for members and $175 for non-members (for the full 6 week session)
There will be a short 15 minute meet and greet with parent(s) and child on Wednesday, April 28th to go through a Sensory Screening checklist, go over description of program and to find out the parents expectations of this program. Please register with Chantal at simcoe@autismontario.com . It is imperative that every one show up at their allotted time to keep it running smoothly. Timeslots available between 4pm to 5:15pm
Meetings will be held at 115 Bell Farm Rd., Suite 105, Barrie
Please see the attached document for an outline of the social skills content to ensure topics covered with be a good fit for your child as there will be NO REFUNDS.
NOTE: Due to the structure of this program, children are required to attend all sessions - due to the high cost, a fee of ($200) will be charged if children do not attend at least four of the six sessions.
