PEERS® = Program for the Evaluation and Enrichment of Relational Skills

PEERS® for Young Adults is a program developed by UCLA to help enhance the social skills of adults with autism and other exceptionalities (ADHD, anxiety, etc). Adult PEERS® provides lessons to a group of 9-12 adults covering various social skill topics including: making phone calls, entering and exiting conversations, hosting get-togethers, and dating. The unique aspect of this program, is that while the adult group meets there is a simultaneous, but separate meeting for their social coaches. The social coaches are typically family members who learn the same lessons as the adults each week so they can assist and encourage the adults to continue using these skills at home and in their daily life.

**Not currently being offered this session.
