The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) to the Durham District School Board has been working with the Special Education department and the Transportation department to develop an information form parents can complete in order to provide information to bus drivers regarding any special or additional requirements of students transported on busses to our Special Education programs. The goal of the form is to provide an opportunity for parents/guardians to communicate with the bus driver. If parents/guardians wish to complete the form, they are requested to return it to the school at the start of the school year. The form will then be forwarded to the Transportation department and provided to the driver.
