| Description: |
The intermediate curriculum workshop will focus on teaching strategies to address higher level language skills (attributes, prepositions, verb tense, sentence formation), academic skills (letter- sound correspondence, early literacy, comprehension in literacy, quantities, basic computational skills) and concept development (categorization, temporal concepts, same/different). Participants should be familiar with discrete-trial training as covered in the introductory workshop above in order to fully benefit from this workshop. Data collection and generalization strategies will be emphasized. A certificate of completion is available to all participants.
