Each year, Together for Autism awards two Ontario schools with Dimas Awards

Outstanding Fundraising Effort
This award will be presented to the Ontario school (elementary, secondary, or post-secondary) that has raised the most dollars (on a per student/teacher capita basis). The selected school will receive a certificate and $1,000 donation towards a service, resource or fund of the school's choice. A summary of this award can be viewed here
. A school may win this award only once.
2. Emmanouela Dimas Award for Outstanding Community Effort: This award will be presented to the Ontario school
(elementary, secondary, or post-secondary) that demonstrated the greatest efforts to raise community awareness for autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The selected school will receive a certificate and a $1,000 donation towards a service, resource or fund of the school's choice. All registered schools who have submitted monies by the posted deadline will automatically be eligible for this award. You can only receive it one time.
How Do We Apply for Consideration?
Who is Emmanouela Dimas and Why have we Named an Award in her Honour? Here is her story
1. The leadership of Together for Autism determines the school that raised the most funds, and will notify the winner by August of the campaign year.
2. Schools wanting to be considered for the community outreach award should complete and submit the following application.
