Play to Learn Space

The Play to Learn Space (next to the large Playgroup Room) will be available on a “drop in” basis for parents/caregivers and their children with autism or other special needs, under the age of seven. It offers a quieter place for interactions, when needed. No need to book the room – just drop in during opening hours on “drop in” dates. If the door is locked, just ask one of the OEYC staff to open it for you.

The Play to Learn Space will also be available for caregivers and workers offering respite care or instructional tutoring for children under the age of seven with special needs.

Volunteer!Volunteer!

Empower yourself and your child by making a difference. Volunteering is a way of both giving and receiving. Just a few hours a month or a few hours a year can make that difference. We have many opportunities to meet your interests. Please consider some of the ways that you can help your child and our children, by either researching information, organizing or helping out with events or public speaking. Volunteer!
